If you are unable to attend to our practice, will be more than happy to organise a Gift Certificate to be post to the recipient on your behalf or post it to you directly

We accept:
CASH   MASTERCARD   VISA  PAYPAL  PAYID PAYPASS

Any type or promotion either Gift Certificates, Promotional vouchers are not applicable for Health Fund rebates, as same day treatment for the nominated Health fund card holder is required.

• Gift Certificates are valid for 3 (three) years from the date of purchase.
• Promotional vouchers are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Certificates are not to be use in conjunction with any other promotion or loyalty programs.
• Damages, mutilated, or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund for lost, stoles, destroyed or expired vouchers.​
